Once the digital product has been completed and sent over for review there will be no refunds. We will work with the client to accommodate reasonable changes to the design.
Our Return policy is to provide up to 2 revisions.
- Terms of revisions is 10 days from receipt of digital product.
- State of revisions is untampered (will not correct changes that the client made or caused).
- Reasons for revision is if the final product is not as expected within reasonable parameters. Also if the design team member made errors in design outside of what was provided.
- Process for revision is to submit to the help center a written request for revision with specific details of the desired result.
- Process of refund is that there are no refunds after delivery. If reasonable accommodations was made with the client on the design no funds will be returned. If a design or digital product was altered outside of the company we will try to correct the issue for a fee to be determined.
- For revision requests please email info@royaltybusinessservices.com with the subject "revision request". Please include any files and/or examples of what you would like the revision to compare to. Please allow up to 72 hours for a resolution.
